CMX Hub surveyed 778 community professionals to better understand how the community industry is evolving, and how businesses are building community. The survey took place in Dec 2021 and Jan 2022.

Why it Matters

The statistic matters because it shows the limited investment in dedicated community departments. With only 22% of respondents having one, organizations may be missing out on the opportunity to effectively engage and build relationships with their community. Having a dedicated department can help foster loyalty, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately contribute to long-term success.
